How much does delivery cost?At Island Collections we want to maximise your shopping experience - that's why we have introduced a flat rate of $10.95 Australia wide* (excludes Furniture) . That means you can purchase as many items as you like for $10.95. All orders are despatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 24 - 48 hours. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and advise of the estimated delivery date. We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries and we take every care to package your items safely. Each parcel is registered and your signature will be required by Australia Post. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?Yes, please contact us for a quote for delivery charges to your country. Can I pick up my purchase to avoid postage? Yes, simply select the pick up option at checkout and we shall ring you to organise a convenient time to pick up at our Seaford warehouse (Melb).
Do you provide gift wrapping?Yes. Each purchase will be hand wrapped in our signature colours of aqua and white, topped with an Island Collections gift card. This service can be selected at checkout for a nominal fee of just $3.50.
May I return or exchange an item?Yes, we are always happy to offer a full refund or exchange for items you are not entirely satisfied with. Our conditions of return or exchange are: - Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Returns received more than 14 days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.
- Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be credited
How do I return an item?Please email or phone us to advise that you will be returning the item and the reason why.

Will I be charged shipping costs for an exchange request?Yes. We will happily exchange the item however the customer will be charged a postage fee to send the new item.
How is a return request credited?All refunds will be either credited to the customers credit card, paypal account or a cheque will be sent to the customer for the purchase amount. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not credited.
What if my item arrives damaged?Despite every measure being taken to ensure safe delivery of your package, there are times it will get broken during transit. We are happy to replace the item for you, simply return the item and notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery and a replacement will be mailed out to you. What if an item is out of stock? If an item you want is out of stock, please email or ring us on 1300 890 096 and we will try and source it as soon as possible. Can I order over the phone?Yes. For the cost of a local call simply ring through your order on 1300 890 096. How can I pay for my order? We accept payment by Credit card, PayPal, Cheque, Money Order, Cash on pick up or Bank deposit.
